Roof Replacement Process

This is a sample of the method used to ensure our client’s best interests and our own commitment to quality control. This process may or may not be entirely necessary for every project.

 

 

Step 1:

1. Initial meeting to determine the scope of the project

2. Meet with the insurance adjuster, if needed

3. Review insurance paperwork with the client

 

Step 2:

1. Confirm roofing installation meets building codes

2. Apply for city, county permits

3. Confirm roofing application adheres to deed restrictions

4. Schedule windstorm inspection

5. Consult with Engineer on commercial metal decking and forecast welding or  screw pattern

 

Step 3:

1. Provide a material sample to customer

2. Check weather

3. Consult with customer on the best location to place materials (so they are not in the way)

4. Schedule material drop and labor install

5. Schedule crane and light towers (as needed for commercial applications)

6. Schedule enginer inspection on commercial re-roofs

7. Material drop will normally take place the night before

8. Protect material with a tarp

 

Step 4:

1. Remove roof, underlayment, and damaged decking

2. Installation of roof

3. Clean up of all material including nails using a magnet

4. Inspection (Texas windstorm certification, if needed)

5. Completely satisfied customer
